  • MyCase (AffiniPay/8am): Our primary practice management and lead intake system. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

  • Squarespace: Our website host, which may use cookies for site analytics.

  • AI Reception: If you contact us via phone, your call summary is processed via our secure AI intake partners.

5. Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Privilege

Submission of an intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. However, we treat all information submitted for the purpose of seeking legal advice as confidential under Washington RPC 1.6. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
